Account Tab Overview

Click the Account tab on your application’s detail page. This tab consists of three main sections:

The left side of the page displays the basic identifying information for your application.

Field	Description
App ID	Your application’s unique identifier within the system. Can be copied to the clipboard using the copy icon next to it.
WABA ID	WhatsApp Business Account ID — the account identifier assigned by Meta.
Partner Name	The name of the partner you are connected to (e.g. `Gateway`).
Time Zone	The application’s time zone setting.
Message Template Namespace	The namespace value assigned by Meta for template messages.

The contact information entered when the application was created is displayed in this section.

Field	Description
Phone Number	The WhatsApp Business phone number linked to the application.
Contact Name	The name of the registered authorized person.
Email	Contact email address.

This section shows the real-time health status of your application.

Indicator	Description
Account Status	Account status with Meta. `Active` = account is active and ready to send messages.
Docker Status	Status of the connection infrastructure. `Connected` = system is running.
Phone Quality	The quality score WhatsApp assigns to your phone number. Spam complaints and message returns affect this value. `Unknown` = not enough data yet.
Messaging Limit	How many different customers can receive business-initiated messages in a 24-hour period. Click Customers Per 24h for detailed information.

If Phone Quality drops, WhatsApp may restrict your messaging limit. To avoid spam complaints, only send relevant and expected messages.

This section lists the history of events that occurred on your account. Each row contains the following information:

Column	Description
Event	The type of event (e.g. `BANNED`, `ACCOUNT_VIOLATION`).
Value	Additional information about the event (e.g. `violation_type:"SPAM"`, `violation_type:"POLICY"`).
Date	The date and time the event occurred.

Event	Description
BANNED	The account was banned by Meta. Highlighted with a red row. It is recommended to contact the support team.
ACCOUNT_VIOLATION	An action that violates Meta’s policies was detected on the account. Repeated violations may result in a ban.

If you see a red BANNED row, your account has been suspended. In this case, message sending stops. Contact the support team.
