This guide explains how to create your first WhatsApp application in the Gateway panel step by step.

Step 1 — My Apps Page

After logging into the panel, you are directed to the My Apps page. If no applications have been created yet, you will see an empty screen like the one below.
Create App 01 Empty
To create a new application, click the + Create New button in the top right corner.

Step 2 — Platform Selection

After clicking + Create New, you are taken to a page listing the platforms you can connect to.
Create App 02 Platforms
The only platform currently available for connection is WhatsApp. Other platforms (Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, HepsiBurada, N11, Trendyol, Pazarama, Telegram, Google Reviews, Google Play Store, App Store, Livechat, E-mail) appear as Coming Soon. Click the + Connect button on the WhatsApp card.
