The Dashboard gives you a summary of your account’s messaging activity across all channels and apps. For detailed message, cost, and template analytics, see Insights.

Overview

Select Dashboard in the left menu to open the page.

The line below the page title shows the current view:

Date range

Use the buttons in the top right corner to change the period: All cards, charts, and tables on the page update to the selected period.

The cards at the top of the page show totals for the selected period and channel.

Shows how your messages are distributed across channels. The bar at the top shows each channel’s share, and each row lists:

Filter by channel

Select a channel in this panel to filter the whole Dashboard by that channel. Select it again to return to all channels.

Apps

Lists your apps with their activity in the selected period. Each app’s dot shows its channel, and the line under the app name shows its phone number (WhatsApp) or username (Instagram). Click All apps to open the Apps page.
