Profile

Profile Page Overview

Click the user avatar in the top right corner to access the Profile page. The page contains two tabs:

Account — Personal information and account security
Organization — Organization name, website, and API credentials

Account Tab

Personal Information

The profile photo and name fields are located at the top of the page.

Field	Description
Profile photo	When you hover over the avatar, the Upload Photo option appears; click it to upload a photo.
First Name	The first name associated with your account.
Last Name	The last name associated with your account.

Account Security

This section contains account security settings.

Setting	Description
Email Address	The email address linked to your account.
Phone Number	The phone number linked to your account. A Verified badge is shown when verified.
Change Password	Used to change your login password.
2FA Verification	Adds a second layer of security to your account.

Change Password

Clicking Change Password opens the change password modal.

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and one number.

Field	Description
Current Password	Your current password.
New Password	Your new password.
Confirm New Password	Enter the new password again to confirm.

Fill in the fields and click Change Password.

2FA Verification (Two-Factor Authentication)

Clicking Add Verification Method opens the 2FA setup modal.

A 6-digit OTP code is sent via WhatsApp. Setup steps:

Enter your phone number with the country code in the Phone Number field.
Click Send OTP.
Enter the 6-digit code received on WhatsApp into the verification screen.

Field	Description
Code fields	Enter the 6-digit code received from WhatsApp.
Timer	The validity period of the code (2:30 minutes).
Verify	Confirms the code and activates 2FA.
Resend Code	Request a new code if the timer expires.

Once 2FA is enabled, a Verified badge appears next to the Phone Number row.

When 2FA is active, a verification code is sent to WhatsApp on every login. Your account is protected against unauthorized access.

Organization Tab

This tab contains general information about your organization, along with the organization-level API credentials.

Field	Description
Organization logo	Your organization’s avatar. Click it to upload a logo.
Organization Name	Your organization’s name.
Organization Website	Your organization’s website URL.

Remember to save after making changes.

API Credentials

Below the organization fields, the tab holds three sections:

Section	Description
Publishable Key	The `pb_` key used in client-side integrations, such as the Embedded Signup SDK. An organization can have one publishable key.
Secret Keys	The `sk_` keys used for the Public API. The full key is shown only once, right after creation; afterwards only the last four characters are displayed.
Allowed Origins	The list of origins allowed to use your publishable key. `http://localhost:3000` is added by default, and newly added origins can take up to 48 hours to be approved by Meta.
